It is the most important component for producing solid
print density. As the MRS rotates the magnetic toner is attracted
by the permanant magnet located at the centre of the MRS. As a result,
the toner powder gets properly charged, resulting into increased
image density. As the Mag Roller wears, It loses its abitily to properly
charge toner and results in decreasing imaging density (light prints).

Wiper
Blade
A Wiper Blade resists the turning
motion of the OPC. Wiper blade continously cleans
from the drum any residual toner that is transferred
to the paper in the imaging process. Wiper blade
is vital to the balance among friction, electrostatic
force, and the relative geometry of toner particle
size, lubrication particle size and shape conformity.
